By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are ordering with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Product Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, slight variations in colour, shade, finish and size may occur due to photography, lighting and screen settings. Our jewelry is fashion jewelry unless the product page states otherwise.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Prices, offers and discounts may change at any time without prior notice.
In case of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Orders and Confirmation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once we verify it by call, SMS or WhatsApp.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order, including cases of suspected fraud, fake orders, repeated refusals to accept delivery, bulk resale or incorrect pricing.
Orders can be modified or cancelled only before dispatch.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, along with any prepaid methods shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery, payment is made to the courier at the time of delivery. Prepaid orders are processed after successful payment verification.

Personalized Products

Personalized, customized, engraved and name jewelry is made to order according to the details you provide. Please double-check spelling and details before confirming, as these items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded except in case of our own error.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery, return and refund terms are covered in our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Product Care

Our jewelry should be kept away from water, perfume, lotion and chemicals. Damage caused by improper care, misuse or normal wear is not covered by our return or refund policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, brand name, product images, graphics, text and design, is the property of The Alabanza and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Copying, reproducing, distributing or using our content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Customer Conduct

We expect respectful communication with our team. Abusive behaviour, harassment or fraudulent activity may result in cancellation of orders and blocking of future orders.

Limitation of Liability

The Alabanza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products or services. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the value of the order placed.
