Free delivery applies on qualifying orders as announced on our website.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number is shared with you via SMS, WhatsApp or email.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier attempts delivery up to two times. Please make sure your phone number is reachable, otherwise the parcel may be returned to us.

Correct Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
